OK...we have all been there...you know what I am talking about, that place where you are getting desperate for a job so you start applying for ones that are...yes maybe a little easier and less strenuous then you last job. However, you are doing this well aware of the fact that they only pay minimum wage - and that your hardest task of the day will be explaining to an obnoxious "stay at home" mom - that indeed the coupon has expired.
So tell me something - how can the manager possibly look you in the face and say you are "overqualified" for the position? Dont they know that they will be getting more than their monies worth with you???? Dont they know that you are "overqualified" enough to know that this job pays less and has less responsibilities than you last...
Logically I know that they will not hire you because they are scared that as soon as you find a better job you will leave them - but that doesnt mean that I cant be pissed off about it!!!!
Yah....just another snag along the road to finding a job...
